In order to get the header and footer to be like the home 7 demo, you can follow the below instruction:
Setting Header: Go to Dashboard > Familab > Customize Preset > Header. Then, you select header_home_07 and click Apply. The header_home_07 will be applied immediately.

Setting Footer: Go to Dashboard > Custom Block > All Custom Block > Click Edit under the Footer 07. Select Entire Website in the Display On section. Click Update the save the changes.
