In order to update the theme or plugins automatically, you can follow the steps below:
Step 1: Going to Dashboard > Updates.
You can see all WordPress Updates here.
Step 2: Going to Themes section, then click Update Themes button to finish updating. (If you want to update Plugins, going to Plugins section and click Update plugins button).
